The speculation surrounding Harry Kane has always annoyed Spurs fans.

On the one hand it makes sense that a player of his quality would want to go somewhere where he is guaranteed trophies, but everything is in place for him to be a Tottenham legend, and he has never shown even an inkling of wanting to leave the club.

While the form of Heung-min Son might have softened the blow, plenty of fans would have feared for their top four hopes when Kane injured his ankle before the international break, but the win at Stamford Bridge has all but secured another season of Champions League football.

Not only did Kane remarkably return to fitness quicker than expected, the 24 year-old didn’t even need to do much as he came off the bench with his side already 3-1 up.

Christian Eriksen’s incredible strike levelled for the visitors before half time, only for Dele Alli to find his golden touch in the second half.

Spurs fans have always felt Kane’s love for the club would ward off any interest from the likes of Real Madrid, and the video of him celebrating Alli’s winning goal from the bench backs up their claims.
